Fiberglass anti-odor cover plate Function:
It is used for the sealing of sewage tanks and oxidation ditches to prevent the emission of odorous gases. An exhaust port is set on the cover plate, and the odorous gases are led out to the deodorization equipment through pipes.
The sources of odorous gases in sewage treatment plants. According to the sewage treatment process, these odorous gas sources are mainly divided into the sewage treatment system and the sludge treatment system. The odorous gas sources in the sewage treatment system are mainly distributed in the inlet section, pretreatment, primary treatment, filter backwashing liquid, supernatant of sludge treatment, etc. The stirring and aeration in the aeration tank also generate some odorous gases. The odorous gas sources in the sludge treatment system are mainly distributed in the processes of sludge thickening, sludge dewatering after anaerobic digestion, sludge stacking and transportation. Due to the compression and shearing of unstable sludge, protein-like biological polymers are produced, and their decomposition generates a large amount of odorous gases.
Fiberglass anti-odor cover plate Overview
Fiberglass anti-odor cover plates are mainly used in sewage treatment system projects, petrochemical and other industries. Due to the characteristics of fiberglass such as corrosion resistance, light weight and high strength, aging resistance, designability, convenient installation and long service life, fiberglass cover plates have been widely used in the development of modern society. According to the user's requirements and the size of the sewage tank, arc-shaped cover plates, flat cover plates and other shapes can be made. Its color can also be made into a variety of colors according to the needs to meet the different needs of users.
A fiberglass gas collection hood is added above the sewage tank. At this time, the exhaust gas generated in the sewage tank is isolated from the air. An air outlet is added on the surface of the gas collection hood, and a ventilation pipe is installed. The exhaust gas enters the exhaust gas purification tower through the ventilation pipe. To increase the collection of exhaust gas, a fiberglass fan is installed in front of the purification tower. The fan sucks the exhaust gas into the purification tower. The exhaust gas is sprayed twice in the tower. If the exhaust gas is acidic, alkaline solution is used for cyclic absorption. If the exhaust gas is alkaline, acidic solution is used for cyclic spraying and absorption. The exhaust gas treatment efficiency reaches over 90%, and the emission meets the relevant national standards.
