Our sludge treatment equipment is designed to achieve the "reduction, stabilization, and harmless disposal" of sludge generated from municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants. Belt Filter Press Core Working Principle
Sludge Conditioning (Optional): Chemicals (flocculants) are dosed into the sludge to improve its dewaterability by forming larger flocs.
Mechanical Dewatering: The conditioned sludge is fed into the dewatering unit (such as a Filter Press, Screw Press, or Centrifuge). Through high-pressure filtration or centrifugal force, the majority of free water is separated, reducing moisture to around 60%-80%.Belt Filter Press
Thermal Drying (Optional for Deep Dewatering): The dewatered sludge cake enters the drying system (e.g., Low-Temperature Heat Pump Dryer). Using a closed-loop circulation system, hot air removes bound water, further reducing moisture to 10%-40% and achieving significant volume reduction.
Final Disposal: The dried sludge granules are sterile, odorless, and ready for incineration (as fuel), land application, or building material production.
