Product Overview
Our integrated wastewater treatment equipment is a compact, highly efficient, and fully automated solution designed to treat domestic sewage and similar industrial organic wastewater. Combining advanced biological treatment technologies like MBR (Membrane Bioreactor) or A/O Process, this system effectively removes pollutants such as BOD5, COD, NH3-N, and suspended solids. The treated water quality consistently meets national and international discharge or reuse standards.

Adaptable Processes: We flexibly configure mature biochemical processes such as MBR (Membrane Bioreactor), MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor), or A²O based on influent quality and discharge standards.

High-Efficiency Purification: The system excels in removing COD and BOD, with superior nitrogen and phosphorus removal capabilities. The effluent quality is stable and can easily meet Grade A discharge standards or local water reuse requirements.

Rapid Installation & Delivery: The equipment is prefabricated and debugged at the factory before shipment. Upon arrival, it only requires connection to inlet/outlet pipes and power cables to operate. The commissioning cycle is extremely short (operational in as little as one week), significantly reducing project timelines.
Compact Footprint & Flexible Layout: With a compact structure, it requires minimal land area per ton of water. It can be lifted and placed on the ground or buried underground, perfectly solving issues related to land scarcity or space constraints.
Fully Automatic & Intelligent Operation: Equipped with an imported PLC automatic control system and IoT remote monitoring module. The equipment supports unattended operation, greatly reducing reliance on professional maintenance staff and lowering long-term labor costs.
Durable & Highly Adaptable: The container is made of high-quality anti-corrosion carbon steel or stainless steel with a rational internal piping layout. The structure is wind and earthquake resistant. We can also add electric heat tracing or insulation layers to ensure stable operation in extreme climates (e.g., extremely cold or hot regions).

3. Warranty Policy
Standard Warranty: We provide a [12 / 24]-month warranty (depending on your company policy) starting from the date of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
Coverage: During the warranty period, if any quality issues arise due to manufacturing defects or material faults, we will provide free replacement parts (via air freight for urgent items) and technical solutions at no extra cost.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper operation, force majeure, or normal wear and tear of consumables (e.g., membranes, pumps after extended use).
