It is characterized by a reddish-brown color, a strong, and contains large amounts of blood, grease, hair, visceral residues, and feces. The key challenges in treating this wastewater are its high Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), high Ammonia Nitrogen (NH3-N), and high Suspended Solids (SS). Without proper treatment, it poses a severe risk to the local environment and cannot meet discharge standards.

Package DAF system Core Working Principle
Our customized wastewater treatment system adopts a robust "Pretreatment + Biological Treatment + Deep Treatment" process to ensure stable effluent quality:
Pretreatment (Screening & DAF): Wastewater first passes through mechanical screens to remove large solids like hair and viscera. Then, it enters the Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) system to effectively remove emulsified oil, blood, and suspended solids, significantly reducing the load on subsequent biological stages.
Biological Treatment (Anaerobic + Aerobic): We utilize the UASB (Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket) or hydrolysis acidification process to break down large organic molecules. This is followed by the A/O (Anoxic/Oxic) process, which is highly effective in degrading organic pollutants and removing ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus through nitrification and denitrification.
Deep Treatment & Disinfection: After biological degradation, the water undergoes sedimentation and advanced filtration. Finally, it is disinfected to kill harmful bacteria, ensuring the treated water fully complies with local environmental discharge standards.

Solid-Liquid Separation: The micro-bubbles attach to the flocs, forming "bubble-particle" aggregates that float to the surface. A mechanical skimmer continuously removes the floating sludge, while clarified water is collected from the bottom.
