Introduction to UV-CIPP UV Curing Lining Hose
The product is made of special anti-UV outer film, anti-permeation film, high-quality glass fiber cloth, polyester resin, and transparent inner film through professional equipment and special process methods.

Composition of dry UV curing lining hose forming and wet dipping and rolling equipment
(1) Laminating, folding, and bonding
The laminating production line and dry material laying and folding equipment automatically laminate the inner film, outer film, non - woven fabric, glass fiber products, double - sided tape, transparent tape, and Kevlar thread through the conveyor device to assemble them into semi - finished dry materials. The glass fiber products are placed around the inner film to form a sleeve, and the anti - UV outer film and non - woven fabric are placed around it, and then sealed with transparent tape, double - sided tape, and 3M tape.
(2) Fully automatic feeding, mixing, and stirring
A separate feeding room is set up. The fully automatic unsaturated polyester resin and thickener feeding system, the resin mixing and injection system use fully enclosed metering transportation and fully enclosed automatic mixing and stirring, which saves materials, mixing time, and improves the quality of the hose.
(3) Glue filling and soaking
A high - strength vacuum system. Using the vacuum glue filling system of the glue injection production line, the dry materials are vacuumed before the hose is filled with glue. The suction cup is used to vacuum at the port of the manufactured dry material hose to extract the air in the dry material hose to form a high - strength negative pressure, so that the unsaturated polyester resin can be immersed. Under the action of vacuum, the unsaturated polyester resin infiltrates from one end of the dry material to the other end. To accelerate the infiltration speed of the unsaturated polyester resin and the glass fiber, the unsaturated polyester resin can fully and evenly infiltrate the glass fiber cloth through the roller extrusion. After the glue filling is completed, the sealing treatment is carried out immediately.
(4) Rubber Rolling
It has a high-precision and ultra-flat rubber rolling platform. The multi-station automatic full-process rubber rolling trolley repeatedly rolls and levels the glass fiber cloth impregnated with unsaturated polyester resin according to the designed thickness. Under the action of high-strength vacuum, the resin is completely impregnated with the glass fiber without bubbles. The rubber rolling thickness is controlled by a precision ball screw elevator controlled by servo and precision grating dimensions, ensuring the uniform thickness of the CIPP UV-cured lining hose.
(5)Folding and Boxing
The qualified products are folded by a dry material spreading and folding device, and the manufactured products are packed in wooden boxes.
