CIPP Inversion Lining Hose Production Line

 

This machine is used to produce single-layer or multi-layer CIPP inversion heat-curing hoses. The PU composite material, PE composite material or PVC composite material is sewn into a continuous cylindrical hose by a high-speed sewing machine, and a heat sealer is used to bond the PU or PE tape at the seam to make the formed hose sealed and waterproof. The entire production process is controlled by a computer, and the degree of production automationis high.


 


This production line can produce CIPP hose trunks that are inverted by air or water and cured by steam or hot water. At the same time, it can also produce CIPP hose trunks for the pull-in construction method.

Adopt a visual human-machine operation interface

Sewing process: Fully automatic seam sewing process. The strength of the sewn part is higher than that of the composite material itself.

Fully automatic thermoplastic: The sealing and welding of the composite material surface layer adopts a fully automatic heat sealing process, which is stable and reliable, without leakage, cracking or peeling.

Suitable for a variety of composite materials: PU composite materials, PE/PP composite materials, PVC composite materials, glass fiber mats, etc.

Large diameter range: 50 - 3000mm

Can adapt to single - layer or multi - layer

The finished CIPP inverted lining hose is folded and packaged to reduce the volume and facilitate transportation
