Introduction to UV-CIPP UV-cured Lined Hoses
The product is made of special anti-UV outer film, anti-permeation film, high-quality glass fiber cloth, polyester resin, and transparent inner film through professional equipment and special process methods.
· UV outer film - Prevents premature curing of internal resin materials
· Permeation film - Prevents resin from overflowing
· Main structural composite layer (glass fiber + resin) - Provides material strength
· Transparent inner film - Isolates resin and assists in construction
· The repaired pipeline structure meets or exceeds the requirements for strength, stability, and deformation.
· Fast repair speed and energy-saving
· Effectively and tightly adheres to the original pipe wall. After repair, the pipeline is smooth with little loss of cross-sectional area; the fluid flow resistance is small.
· Can perform semi-structural and structural repairs;
· Can be applied to pipelines with an arc of less than 30° for repair; has excellent resistance to sewage corrosion.
