Motor Stator Test Stand for Stator Test
The motor stator test system adopts industrial control computer for centralized control, and all the tested items can be completed by one wiring, which can quickly detect the parameters of national and enterprise compulsory inspection items (power frequency withstand voltage, insulation resistance, inter-turn insulation, DC resistance, rotor steering) and so on. It has the advantages of fast test speed, high precision, easy to use, good reliability, etc., and automatically analyzes and judges the test results; At the same time, it has the functions of statistics, storage, and printing yearly, monthly, and daily reports. All the parameters of the motor under test can be preset for testing.
Key features:
1. Test items: DC resistance, insulation resistance, turn-to-turn test, withstand voltage test, motor steering test, inductance test
2. DC resistance: test the resistance of the motor winding resistance
3. Insulation resistance: test the insulation resistance between the phase wire and the shell
4. Inter-turn test: judge the inter-turn and inter-layer short circuit, poor insulation, and out-of-tolerance of the motor or transformer coil
5. Withstand voltage test: measure the withstand voltage leakage current between the stator winding and the shell, program control the withstand voltage, and can be controlled by computer withstand voltage regulation
6. Motor steering: determine the direction of rotation of the magnetic field
7. Inductance test: measure the inductance of the motor coil
8. Power supply: AC220V±15%, 50Hz±2 Hz (system working power supply)
9. Operating environment: working temperature 0~40 °C
10. Working humidity ≤70%
11. All tests are completed in one clamping.
12. All testing processes are controlled by microcomputer.
