The motor factory test system adopts industrial control computer for centralized control, and all the tested items can be completed with one wiring, integrating the measurement of multiple items such as power frequency withstand voltage, grounding resistance, motor speed and no-load test. It has the advantages of fast test speed, high precision, easy to use, good reliability, etc., and automatically analyzes and judges the test results; At the same time, it has the functions of statistics, storage, and printing yearly, monthly, and daily reports. All the parameters of the motor under test can be preset for testing.
Key features:
1. Test items: DC resistance, insulation resistance, turn-to-turn test, withstand voltage test, no-load test, blocked rotor test
2. DC resistance: test the resistance of the motor winding resistance
3. Insulation resistance: test the insulation resistance between the phase wire and the shell
4. Inter-turn test: judge the inter-turn and inter-layer short circuit, poor insulation, and out-of-tolerance of the motor or transformer coil
5. Withstand voltage test: measure the withstand voltage leakage current between the stator winding and the shell, program control the withstand voltage, and can be controlled by computer withstand voltage regulation
6. No-load test: measure the voltage, current, power, power factor and frequency of the motor under no-load (single and three-phase general)
7. Stall rotor test: measure the voltage, current, power, power factor and frequency under the motor stall rotor (motor instantaneous start) (single and three-phase general)
8. Power supply: AC220V±15%, 50Hz±2 Hz (system working power supply)
9. Operating environment: working temperature 0~40 °C
10. Working humidity ≤70%
11. All tests of the first wiring are completed.
12. All testing processes are controlled by microcomputer.

Cold DC resistance test
(Automatic compensation of ambient temperature) 0.01-20KΩ, divided into seven gears
Accuracy: 0.3 grade
Insulation resistance test 1—500MΩ, 500VDC
Accuracy: 5 levels
Insulation between impact turns 0-3000 (5000) VP, 1/200 turns adjacent turns short circuit alarm
Power frequency withstand voltage test 0-3000VAC; Leakage current: 0-20mA (100mA)
Accuracy: 3.0 class
Programmable withstand voltage, computer-controlled withstand voltage regulation
Locked-rotor test current: 0-500A; Voltage: 0-500V
Accuracy: 0.5 class
No-load test current: 0-500A; Voltage: 0-500V
Accuracy: 0.5 class
Testing process:
Software and hardware automatic test process: The test sequence, test time, and number of test items can be flexibly adjusted.
The default test sequence is: DC resistance/power frequency withstand voltage test/insulation resistance/inter-turn test/blocked rotor test/no-load test.
System settings and alarms:
1. When the project test fails, it will alarm and you can choose to continue the measurement or stop the measurement, and press continue to continue when you choose to stop the measurement.
2. The system has single-phase and three-phase conversion functions (multiple winding test functions can be customized).
3. It has alarm and emergency stop functions.
the docking of the system and the motor:
1. The docking between the system and the motor is in the form of a binding post or a lead-out wire.
2. Connect all the motor leads to the system, and automatically switch the wiring mode within the system during the test.
