1. Product Overview
Precision steel pipes, also known as precision seamless steel pipes and precision bright pipes, are high-precision and high-brightness seamless pipes manufactured from high-quality carbon steel and alloy steel through cold drawing and cold rolling processes. The dimensional tolerance of inner and outer diameter can reach ±0.02mm~±0.05mm, featuring smooth surface, uniform wall thickness and stable mechanical properties. They are widely used in industrial fields with strict requirements on dimensional tolerance, surface quality and structural strength.
2. Executive Standards
Domestic Main Standards: GB/T 3639-2021 Cold drawn and cold rolled precision seamless steel pipes (ordinary grade and high precision grade), GB/T 8713 Special pipes for hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder barrels.
International Common Standards: DIN 2391, EN 10305-1, ASTM A269, ASTM A270.
