1. Product Overview
High pressure boiler tube is a kind of key seamless steel pipe used for pressure-bearing parts of high-pressure and ultra-high pressure boilers. It operates continuously under harsh working conditions of high temperature, high pressure and steam corrosion. It is mainly applied to manufacture superheaters, reheaters, main steam pipes, air guide pipes and other components of power station boilers. 3. Material Grades & Applicable Working Conditions
Carbon Steel (Operating temperature ≤480℃)
20G: Basic grade steel with stable performance, widely used in water wall tubes and low-temperature section superheater tubes.
Low Alloy Heat-resistant Steel (480℃-580℃)
15CrMoG: Excellent oxidation resistance and creep resistance, suitable for medium-temperature superheaters and reheaters.12Cr1MoVG: High lasting strength, the preferred material for high-temperature reheaters and main steam pipelines.
High Alloy Heat-resistant Steel (≥580℃)
P91 (10Cr9MoW2VNb): Outstanding high-temperature mechanical property, used for ultra-supercritical boiler main steam pipes.12Cr2MoWVTiB: Good high-temperature structural stability, applied in ultra-high temperature pipeline systems.

5. Production Technology

Carbon steel and low alloy steel are delivered under normalizing and tempering condition; high alloy steel is delivered after quenching and tempering. Surface can be polished, pickled or coated with anti-rust oil as required.
