Motor performance test system
The motor performance test system tests parameters such as the performance indicators (current and speed) of the motor under simulated quantitative load. The load parameters of the system are required to be easily adjusted, the motor assembly tooling is versatile, and the working noise is low; It also displays torque, speed and current curves.
The system adopts mature virtual instrument flexible technology to build a detection platform. Based on the requirements of signal acquisition and logic judgment based on industrial computer + digital capture card + software, the automated test process can be realized through computer software.
The industrial computer has strong data processing and calculation capabilities, and has rich software and hardware resources, so it can test or deduce the results that cannot be measured by traditional instruments, and can express the test results in a form that cannot be expressed by traditional instruments. This kind of instrument made of PC, with a high degree of automatic test function, regardless of the shape or connotation it has an essential difference from the traditional instrument, it no longer uses electronic circuits but uses software to realize the test function, through the mouse and keyboard operation, and then display on the display screen.
Motor performance test system test items:
1. Torque-speed characteristics and efficiency: torque speed curve motor efficiency
2. Measurement of key characteristic parameters: continuous torque, continuous power, peak torque, peak power, maximum working speed, maximum efficiency, stalled rotor torque and stalled rotor current test, T-N test curve report, fixed torque test of the whole machine, and durability life test of the whole machine
Functional features of motor performance test system:
1. The software is simple to operate, and all test processes are displayed and operated on the software interface.
2. The data collection is automatically completed by the system, and the intermediate process data and the final data are automatically generated.
3. With the required dynamometer system, it can measure the motor test within the specified range of the customer.
4. It can also be used with supporting software to directly measure the T-n performance curve of the motor.
5. The system can export Excel reports.
