Handmade Display Showcase for Trophy and Award Collection / Double-Door White Glass Cabinet with Extra Shelves
Trophies don't belong in cardboard boxes.
They don't belong on open shelves either.
The difference between a cardboard box and a proper display cabinet is the difference between "we won this once" and "this is who we are." Most buyers figure this out when they try to photograph their awards for a press release or a LinkedIn post — and the image looks like a garage sale.
This cabinet was built for the second scenario.
White isn't just a color — it's a backdrop
Metal trophies reflect. Crystal trophies refract. Acrylic plaques do both. A white cabinet doesn't compete with any of that. It frames it.
The frame is powder-coated metal, not spray-painted. Powder coat bonds at the molecular level, no drips, no texture. Two years in, it looks the same as the day it shipped. The glass is clear white, not milky — light passes through without shifting the color of what's inside.
Double-door means 800mm of uninterrupted width. Single-door cabinets split a trophy set across compartments. Double-door keeps a full team display connected, left to right, no center post cutting it in half.
Adjustable shelves: because trophies aren't standard
A participation medal might be 8cm tall. A crystal cup with a weighted base can hit 35cm. A framed certificate lying flat needs depth that doesn't let it overhang.
Shelves lock into five positions per tier. Minimum spacing fits medals and pins. Maximum goes to the top rail — tall trophies with figures on top fit too. You're not buying a cabinet and then working out what fits. You're fitting the cabinet to what you have.
Default ships with multiple shelves. Add more if your collection is dense. Ten medals across a single shelf is standard. Tell us the count when you order and we'll calculate shelf configuration for you.
Why glass doors, not open display
Open shelving is for things you handle daily. Trophies are for looking at, not touching. Glass keeps dust off, fingers off, and cleaning to a minimum.
The door closure is calibrated. Too loose and it doesn't seal. Too tight and you fight it every time. This one closes clean and deliberate — not a slam, not a struggle. The gasket stays supple over time. Not something you replace in six months.
Shipping and assembly, built for export
Knock-down flat pack. Standard export carton dimensions. Single-door one person carries. Double-door two people. Fits through standard doorways and elevators — but measure stairwell corners if you're going up without a lift.
Assembly needs no tools. Hardware in labeled bags, step-by-step with diagrams. Two people, forty minutes for the first unit. We provide a video guide for distributors who assemble on-site for their clients. One training session, then consistent setup every time.
