Your Guest's First Impression Happens Before the Treatment Even Starts
Here's the thing nobody tells you when you're fitting out a spa: the locker room is the first real touchpoint. Not the website. Not the booking confirmation email. The locker room.
Guest walks in. Looks for a locker. Opens it. Puts phone, wallet, clothes inside. That's the moment your brand either holds up or doesn't.
