6、 Installation and maintenance
Clean the contact surface between the journal and the bearing seat, align the two halves of the bearing seam, and tighten the splicing bolts diagonally and evenly; Add extreme pressure heavy-duty grease and fill two-thirds of the chamber with it; Regularly perform grease replacement inspections, pay attention to temperature rise, abnormal noise, and vibration, and promptly check the pre tightening force and sealing status of bolts.
