6、 Installation and maintenance
Clean the mating surface between the journal and the bearing seat, align the two halves of the bearing seam, and tighten the splicing bolts diagonally and evenly; Add extreme pressure heavy-duty grease and fill two-thirds of the chamber with it; Daily regular grease replacement inspections, if there is a high temperature rise, abnormal noise, or abnormal vibration, promptly check the bolt pre tightening force and sealing status.
