Description
Polyimide Glass Laminate PIGC301 is a high-performance laminated material produced by impregnating glass fiber reinforcements with high-temperature polyimide resin and curing under heat and pressure. It maintains excellent mechanical strength and rigidity in high-temperature applications.
Originally developed for aerospace use, PIGC301 offers good electrical insulation, dimensional stability, and chemical resistance. The material is easily machined by CNC milling, routing, turning, and drilling, making it suitable for manufacturing electrically insulating components for demanding thermal environments.

High thermal index: 220 °C continuous use, maintains excellent mechanical properties up to 250 °C
High dimensional stability at elevated temperatures
