Description
PFCP201 is a high-quality commercial-grade phenolic paper laminate designed for normal temperature and low-tension electrical applications. Made by impregnating cellulose paper with phenolic resin and curing under heat and pressure, this thermoset material offers reliable electrical insulation, good mechanical strength, and excellent dimensional stability. PFCP201 sheets are smooth, uniform, and free from defects, and can be hot punched, making them suitable for a wide range of industrial and electrical components.
Features
PFCP201: Mechanical grade; better mechanical properties than other PFCP types; lower electrical performance under normal humidity; suitable for hot punching. NEMA: X, XP
PFCP202: Power-frequency voltage grade; high electrical strength in oil; good electrical strength in air under normal humidity. NEMA: XX; Industry standard: 3020
PFCP203: Mechanical and electrical grade; good electrical performance under normal humidity; suitable for hot punching. NEMA: XXP; Industry standard: 3021
PFCP204: Electrical and electronic grade; stable electrical performance under humidity; suitable for cold punching or hot punching. NEMA: XXX
PFCP205: Similar to PFCP204; low flammability. NEMA: FR-2
PFCP206: Mechanical and electrical grade; good electrical performance under humidity, including after water immersion (insulation resistance); suitable for hot punching. NEMA: XXXP
PFCP207: Similar to PFCP201; improved punching performance at low temperature; mechanical grade with low electrical properties; commonly known as cold-punching grade. NEMA: XPC
PFCP308: Similar to PFCP206; low flammability; flame resistance better than NEMA FR-1 but lower than FR-2.

PFCP207: Cold-punched mechanical components; low-temperature punching applications.
PFCP308: Flame-retardant mechanical and electrical insulation parts with moderate fire resistance.
