Core Application
This electric steam generator is designed for curing precast beams, T-beams, and concrete components in construction projects. It provides a controlled, high-temperature steam environment to ensure newly poured concrete hardens under optimal temperature and humidity conditions, improving strength development and durability.
Technical Performance
The series offers seven power options: 12kW, 18kW, 24kW, 36kW, 48kW, 60kW, and 72kW, with corresponding steam output ranging from 15L/h to 90L/h. All models operate at a working pressure of 0.4Mpa, producing saturated steam at 173℃. Powered by a 380V power supply, the generator delivers consistent, reliable steam for continuous curing processes.
Design Specifications
The generators come in three main configurations based on tank volume and size:
24L volume models (12kW-24kW) weigh 48kg, with dimensions of 720×480×880mm
30L volume models (36kW-48kW) weigh 80kg, with dimensions of 790×750×1160mm
40L volume models (60kW-72kW) weigh 95kg, with dimensions of 790×750×1160mmThe compact, wheeled design allows for easy movement around construction sites, making it suitable for both fixed and mobile curing applications.
