This equipment is a fully automatic, high efficiency industrial cleaning system that combines ultrasonic cleaning, ultrasonic wash and hot air drying. 1. Tubular System
· Material: All inner groove and outer cover are made of SUS 304 / 316 stainless steel (thickness ≥ 2.0mm), which is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion and long life.

· Cleaning tank: Built with a high-power ultrasonic vibration board, the bottom of the tank is equipped with a sewer valve to facilitate the replacement of cleaning fluid.
· Bleaching tank: Independently designed to prevent secondary pollution and ensure the pure quality of the bleaching water.An overflow outlet and a rehydration system can be optional to enable continuous washing.
· Drying chute: Built-in high-efficiency centrifugal fan, stainless steel heater and air filter to provide a clean hot air.An outlet vent and a moisture vent are provided.
2. Lifting, lifting and throwing system (core selling point)
· Transmission: Use a precision linear guidance / silk bar with a servo motor / step motor (or a high-precision cylinder) to ensure smooth operation, accurate positioning and low noise.

· Generator: Full digital ultrasonic generator with overpressure, overflow, and overheating protection.Frequency selectable (e.g. 28KHz, 40KHz) for cleaning tasks with different precision.
· The energy exchanger: uses imported piezoelectric ceramic sheets, epoxy sealing process, and is tightly bonded to the bottom of the trough. The energy conversion efficiency is high, the distribution is even, and the life is super long.
4. Heating and drying systems
· Heating: cleaning tank and rinsing tank can be equipped with immersed stainless steel heating tube, temperature control range: room temperature -80C (can be customized to 90C), PID intelligent temperature control, accuracy ± 2C.
· Drying: The drying trough uses hot air circulation to dry, with adjustable temperature (room temperature -120 ° C), and is equipped with high-efficiency filters to prevent contamination of clean workpieces.
5. Intelligent control system
· Control core: industrial grade PLC + color touch screen (HMI).
· Operating Interface: A graphical interface in all Chinese, which displays the temperature, time, thrust parameters, and fault alarm information in real time.
