Product Introduction
This continuous through-feed ultrasonic cleaning drying line is specially developed for new energy industry aluminum extrusions, widely used for EV battery tray, water cooling plate, new energy auto chassis aluminum profile, energy storage aluminum shell before anodizing, coating and passivation pretreatment.Whole production from feeding to finished drying is fully automatic without manual operation, realizing mass continuous production.
2. Working Flow
Loading → Pre-spray rough washing → Ultrasonic deep degreasing → Multi-stage pure water counter-flow rinsing → Air knife blow drying → Zoned circulating hot air drying → Unloading1.Pre-spray: Remove big aluminum scraps and heavy grease to reduce ultrasonic load;2.Ultrasonic cleaning: 28KHz/40KHz optional transducer, remove cutting oil, drawing oil and dust from inner cavity & gaps without damaging aluminum base material;3.Multi-stage rinsing: Pure water overflow rinsing to avoid detergent residue;4.Air knife dewatering: Blow off surface free water to prevent water mark;5.Zoned hot air drying: Insulated circulating oven, low temp drying to avoid aluminum deformation, dry output.
3. Main Configuration
1.Tank & water tank: full SUS304 stainless steel, corrosion resistant;2.Variable speed mesh belt conveyor, speed adjustable from 0.5~6m/min;3.Circulation filtration & oil-water separation system for water & detergent recycling;4.Heat insulation drying oven with separate temperature control for energy saving;5.Optional passivation tank & high-pressure spray station for full pretreatment line.
