Roll film spindle: driven by high-precision servo motor, it can achieve precise speed control and positioning, ensuring the uniformity and tightness of film winding. Film guide device: equipped with multiple guide rollers and correction mechanisms, it can adjust the conveying direction of the film in real time, ensuring that the film is always in the correct position during the rolling process. (3) Adhesive application system Adhesive storage tank: equipped with heating and stirring functions, it can ensure the temperature and uniformity of the adhesive, and guarantee the application effect of the adhesive. Adhesive coating head: high-precision peristaltic pump or gear pump is used for adhesive delivery, and precise adhesive coating is achieved through adjustable nozzles. The coating width and thickness can be adjusted according to process requirements. (4) Cutting system Cutting tool: Using a high-speed rotating circular cutting tool, the cutting is sharp and the incision is flat, which can effectively avoid tearing and damage to the film. Cutting positioning device: precise detection and positioning of cutting position through laser sensors or encoders to ensure the accuracy of cutting length. (5) Control system PLC control system: using programmable logic controller (PLC) for overall control of equipment, achieving coordination and synchronization of various parts' actions. Touch screen operation interface: Equipped with an intuitive touch screen operation interface, operators can set production parameters,
monitor equipment operation status, and perform fault diagnosis and alarm processing through the touch screen.
