Principles of ro membrane :
When the pure water and salt water are separated by the ideal semi-permeable membrane, the ideal semi-permeable membrane allows only water to pass but prevent the passage of salt. We call this phenomenon as penetration. If the salt water side of the membrane to exert pressure, then the spontaneous flow of water will be inhibited and slowed down, when the pressure reaches a certain value, the net flow of water through the membrane is equal to zero, the pressure is called osmotic pressure. When the exert pressure of saline side is greater than osmotic pressure, then the water flow will be reversed, thus saline water will flow to the water side. The above-mentioned phenomenon is the reverse osmosis water (RO) dealing with the basic principles.

Technological process of ro membrane:
Original water tank →Raw water pump →Quartz sand filter →Active carbon filter → Ultrafilter → Ultrafiltration device →Pure water tank →Bottling equipment
Characteristics of ro membrane:
Tap water pump can improve the water supply pressure. Multi-media filter can remove the suspended solids and impurities in the water. Activated carbon filter can remove the residual chlorine, odor material and peculiar smell gas and improve the taste of the water. Precision filter further remove the impurities. Then hollow super filter gets rid of the impurities, colloid, phenol c compounds, chloride, bacteria and other harmful substances from the water and keep the good mineral substances in the water.
Application of ro membrane :
Drinking water: bottled mineral water, barreled mineral water, etc;
Industry water: wine, beverage, food, chemical industry, etc;
Water supply: residential, office, school, hotel and other qualitative water supply system
The advantages of ro membrane :
1. Operates continuously and the water quality of the product is stable.
2. No need to use acid-alkali to regenerate.
3. Will not stop operation because of regeneration.
4. Saves the recoil and the clean water used.
5. Produces the ultra-pure water by the high production rate (Production rate can reach as high as 95%).
6. Non-regeneration sewage ,need not the sewage treatment facility.
7. Does not need the acid-alkali reserve and the acid-alkali dilution delivery equipments.
8. Can reduce the building area of workshop.
9. Uses safely and reliably, avoids the worker contacting acid and alkali.
10. Decreases the running and maintenance cost.
