1、 Product Overview:
The XKC-Y20 intelligent contact type liquid level sensor uses the sensing capacitance of water to detect the presence of liquid. When there is no liquid approaching the sensor, the sensor has a certain static capacitance to ground due to the presence of distributed capacitance. When the liquid level slowly rises and approaches the sensor, the parasitic capacitance of the liquid will couple to the static capacitance of the sensor, causing the capacitance value of the sensor to increase. The capacitance signal of this change is then input to the control IC for signal conversion, converting the changed capacitance into an analog signal change of the circuit signal. The MCU calculates and judges the degree of this change, and when this change exceeds a certain threshold, it is considered that the liquid level has reached the sensing point. This sensor adopts advanced signal processing technology and high-speed signal processing chips, which can detect non-metallic containers such as glass, plastic, ceramics, tiles, bricks, tiles, cement, wooden boards, as well as metal containers such as copper, iron, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, etc. Due to the use of contact detection, the influence of container wall thickness has been overcome. This series of liquid level sensors has two signal output control methods, namely high and low level output interfaces and NPN output interfaces.
2、 Product Features:
1. XKC-Y20 contact type liquid level sensor can detect non-metallic containers such as glass, plastic, ceramics, tiles, bricks, tiles, cement, wooden boards, as well as metal containers such as copper, iron, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, etc.
2. It can support high and low level output, NPN, PNP signal output (please specify with the manufacturer when selecting).
3. Accurate and stable liquid level detection, capable of detecting cold, hot, and boiling liquids.
4. Pure electronic circuit structure, non mechanical working mode, stable performance, and long continuous service life.
5. High stability, high sensitivity, strong anti-interference ability, not affected by external electromagnetic interference. Special treatment has been made for power frequency interference and common mode interference to be compatible with all 5-12V and 24V power adapters on the market.
