1、 Product Overview:
The intelligent non-contact liquid level sensor (hereinafter referred to as the liquid level sensor) adopts advanced signal processing technology and high-speed signal processing chips, breaking through the influence of container wall thickness and achieving true non-contact detection of liquid level height in closed containers. The liquid level sensor (probe) is installed above and below the outer wall of the tested container (high and low levels of liquid level), and non-metallic containers do not require openings, are easy to install, and do not affect production. It can detect the liquid levels of various toxic substances, strong acids, strong bases, and liquids inside high-pressure sealed containers. The liquid level sensor has no sensitivity to the materials of liquid media and non-metallic containers
Special requirements, can be widely used.
The XKC-Y25 series products are specifically developed for liquid level detection of non-metallic material containers. This series of liquid level sensors has four signal output control modes, namely high and low level output interfaces, NPN output interfaces, PNP output interfaces, and RS485 output interfaces.
2、 Product Features:
1. XKC-Y25-XXX non-contact liquid level sensor is suitable for non-metallic containers. The product detects the presence of liquid inside the container or pipeline by detecting signals that penetrate the outer wall of the container or pipeline, without direct contact with the liquid. It is not corroded or damaged by corrosive liquids such as strong acids and alkalis, and is not affected by scale or other debris.
2. It can support high and low level output, NPN, PNP signal output (please specify with the manufacturer when selecting).
3. Accurate and stable liquid level detection, capable of detecting cold, hot, and boiling liquids.
4. Pure electronic circuit structure, non mechanical working mode, stable performance, and long continuous service life.
5. High stability, high sensitivity, strong anti-interference ability, not affected by external electromagnetic interference. Special treatment has been made for power frequency interference and common mode interference to be compatible with all 5-24V power adapters on the market.
6. With a wide range of applications and strong sensing ability, it can penetrate and detect the liquid level in containers made of various non-metallic materials, such as plastic, glass, ceramics, etc. The sensing distance (container wall thickness) can reach 20mm; liquids, powders, and particles can all be detected.
7. Open electrode output method with a wide voltage range (5-24V), suitable for connecting various circuits and product applications.
3、 Working principle:
The intelligent non-contact liquid level sensor uses the sensing capacitance of water to detect the presence of liquid. When there is no liquid approaching the sensor, the sensor has a certain static capacitance to the ground due to the presence of distributed capacitance. When the liquid level slowly rises and approaches the sensor, the parasitic capacitance of the liquid will couple to the static capacitance of the sensor, causing the capacitance value of the sensor to increase. The capacitance signal of this change is then input to the control IC for signal conversion, converting the changed capacitance into an analog signal change of the circuit signal. The MCU calculates and judges the degree of this change, and when this change exceeds a certain threshold, it is considered that the liquid level has reached the sensing point.
