1、 Product Overview
The intelligent non-contact liquid level sensor (hereinafter referred to as the liquid level sensor) adopts advanced signal processing technology and high-tech integrated chips, breaking through the influence of container wall thickness and achieving true non-contact detection of liquid level height in closed containers. The liquid level sensor (probe) is installed above and below the outer wall of the tested container (high and low levels of liquid level), and non-metallic containers do not require openings, are easy to install, and do not affect production. It can detect the liquid levels of various toxic substances, strong acids, strong bases, and liquids inside high-pressure sealed containers. The liquid level sensor has no special requirements for the material of the liquid medium and container, and can be widely used.
2、 Product Features
Non contact liquid level sensor, suitable for non-metallic container outer walls without direct contact with liquids, will not be corroded by corrosive liquids such as strong acids and alkalis, and will not be affected by scale or other debris.
Accurate and stable detection, capable of detecting liquid temperature differences below 30 ℃.
Pure electronic circuit structure, non mechanical working mode, stable performance and durable lifespan.
High stability, high sensitivity, strong anti-interference ability, not affected by external electromagnetic interference, specially treated for power frequency interference and common mode interference to be compatible with 5V power adapters on the market.
Strong compatibility, able to penetrate containers made of various non-metallic materials such as plastic, glass, ceramics, etc., with a sensing distance of up to 5mm; liquids, powders, and particles can be detected.
NPN output mode, suitable for connecting various circuits and product applications.
