1、 Product Overview
The intelligent non-contact liquid level sensor (hereinafter referred to as the liquid level sensor) adopts advanced signal processing technology and high-speed signal processing chips, breaking through the influence of container wall thickness. The Y29A series capacitive sensor is designed to detect the liquid level through non-metallic container walls. It can automatically adapt to plastic or glass walls of a certain thickness (container wall thickness can reach 10mm), achieving true non-contact detection of the liquid level height inside a closed container. The liquid level sensor (probe) is installed above and below the outer wall of the tested container (high and low levels of liquid level), and non-metallic containers do not require openings, making installation simple and convenient for overall assembly.
The XKC-Y29A series products are specifically developed for liquid level detection of non-metallic materials in containers. The sensor is mainly targeted at industries such as healthcare, food and beverage, agriculture, and water treatment. This series of liquid level sensors has two signal output control methods, namely high and low level output interfaces and NPN output interfaces
2、 Product Features
The XKC-Y29A series is a non-contact liquid level sensor that automatically calibrates liquid level sensitivity through buttons.
2. It can support high and low level output, NPN, PNP (please specify with the manufacturer when selecting).
3. Accurate and stable liquid level detection, capable of detecting cold, hot, and boiling liquids.
4. Pure electronic circuit structure, non mechanical working mode, stable performance, and long continuous service life.
5. High stability, high sensitivity, strong anti-interference ability, not affected by external electromagnetic interference, with special treatment for power frequency interference and common mode interference.
6. The power supply is equipped with reverse protection, short circuit protection, overcurrent protection, and overvoltage protection; Compatible with all 12-24V power adapters on the market.
7. Widely used in the medical and food industries, it has strong sensing ability and can penetrate and detect the liquid level in containers made of various non-metallic materials, such as plastic, glass, ceramics, etc. The sensing distance (container wall thickness) can reach 10mm; liquids, powders, and particles can all be detected.
8. Open electrode output method with a wide voltage range (12-24V), suitable for connecting various circuits and product applications.
3、 Main functions
1. Detect water-based fluids and solvents based on water elements in flat containers. The liquid level inside the container or pipeline can be detected without direct contact with the medium itself.
2. It can reliably detect media and has extremely high stability; The residual film, water or foam of water, milk, honey, latex, body fluid (blood), acid or alkaline solution and other liquids in the container shall be compensated to realize the function of actually distinguishing the liquid level.
3. The black line can replace the sensor button calibration function and play a role in remotely calibrating the sensor sensitivity.
