Full Name: Copper Core XLPE Insulated, Copper Wire Braid Shielded, PVC Sheathed VFD Cable.
II. Construction (From Inside to Outside)
Conductor: Multi-strand finely stranded oxygen-free copper wire (Class 5 flexible copper), flexible and easy to bend.
Insulation: Cross-linked Polyethylene (XLPE), temperature resistant up to 90°C, pulse resistant, aging resistant.
Cores: Common 3+3 configuration (3 power cores + 3 control cores); also available in 3/4/6-core designs.
Shield: Overall copper wire braid shield (individual phase shield optional), suppresses high-frequency harmonics and electromagnetic interference.
Sheath: PVC (black/grey), oil-resistant, wear-resistant, flame-retardant optional (ZR-BPYJVP).

Rated Voltage: 0.6/1kV
Long-term Operating Temperature: 90°C; Short-circuit Temperature: 250°C (≤5s)
Installation Temperature: ≥0°C (≥-10°C for fixed installation)
Bending Radius: ≥15× cable outer diameter (D)
Characteristics: Low capacitance, low coupling, EMI resistance, reduced motor noise.
