It is commonly used in the 0.6/1kV low-voltage transmission and distribution scenarios that require high flexibility, for example:
Vertical shafts, bridge frames, pipe penetrations, and movable connections of equipment rooms in buildings;
Power cables for mobile equipment, machine tools, cranes, and engineering vehicles;
Wiring that requires repeated bending or movement in mines, tunnels, temporary sites, etc.
The difference from YJV
Conductor structure: YJVR is a multi-strand thin copper wire soft conductor; YJV is a single or fewer strands of hard copper conductor;
Softness: YJVR is far superior to YJV;
Application scenarios: YJV is suitable for long-term fixed laying. YJVR is suitable for mobile/frequent bending occasions;
Price: YJVR of the same specification is usually slightly higher than YJV.
Precautions
It is not suitable for conditions that bear large mechanical external forces or are directly buried underground and subjected to severe compression.
Avoid long-term exposure to strong ultraviolet or oily environments. If necessary, choose special protective sleeves or protective measures.
