I. Product Overview

Checkered steel plate (also known as anti-slip plate or embossed plate) is a metal plate with regular raised patterns rolled on the surface of carbon structural steel or low-alloy high-strength steel base plate through hot rolling or stamping process. Its core functions are anti-slip, load-bearing, wear-resistant, decorative and drainage, which is widely used in industrial platforms, stair steps, ship decks, workshop floors, trench covers, decorative curtain walls and other scenarios. The product adopts an integrated forming process, where the patterns are closely combined with the base plate without the risk of falling off. Compared with ordinary flat plates, it not only improves the use safety, but also optimizes the material dosage under the premise of ensuring structural strength, adapting to various complex working conditions. It can customize the material, specification and pattern type according to actual needs, meeting the personalized use needs of industrial production, building construction, municipal construction and other fields.

VII. Surface Treatment

  • Hot-Rolled Original Color: Factory state, anti-rust requires painting/galvanizing

  • Hot-Dip Galvanizing: Zinc layer ≥80μm, strong anti-rust, outdoor/humid environments

  • Electro-Galvanizing: Thin plate (2–3mm), good decorativeness, indoor use

  • Spray Painting/Anti-Corrosion Coating: Customizable color and anti-corrosion grade

VIII. Product Features

  1. Anti-Slip and Safe: The raised patterns increase friction, with a dry anti-slip coefficient ≥0.6 and a wet anti-slip coefficient ≥0.4, preventing personnel from slipping and equipment from shifting.

  2. High Strength and Load-Bearing: The base plate has stable mechanical properties, and Q355B can bear 2–5MPa pressure, suitable for heavy-duty industrial platforms.

  3. Wear-Resistant and Durable: The patterns are integrally hot-rolled, not easy to fall off, resistant to stepping and rolling, and have a long service life.

  4. Drainage and Easy Cleaning: The gaps between the patterns form drainage channels, reducing water and dust accumulation, and making cleaning and maintenance simple.

  5. Strong Decorativeness: The patterns are regular and beautiful, which can replace ordinary flat plates for decorative scenarios such as exterior walls, storefronts, and cabinet panels.

  6. Economical and Material-Saving: Compared with flat plates of the same strength, it saves about 10%–15% of materials, reducing the comprehensive cost.
