Seamless carbon steel pipe is made of high-quality carbon structural steel, manufactured by hot rolling, cold rolling and cold drawing processes with no welded seam on the pipe body. 2. Production Process
Hot Rolling ProcessRound steel billet → high-temperature heating → piercing → hot rolling forming → sizing and straightening → cooling → fixed-length cutting → finished product inspection.It covers a wide range of outer diameters and wall thicknesses, with stable performance and competitive cost, suitable for conventional engineering and general fluid delivery.
Cold Drawing & Cold Rolling ProcessHot-rolled pipe blank → pickling and rust removal → surface lubrication → cold forming → heat treatment → precision straightening → finishing cutting → strict quality inspection.This process ensures high dimensional accuracy, smooth surface finish and uniform wall thickness, ideal for precision machinery, high-pressure equipment and high-precision piping systems.
3. Common Materials & Chemical Composition
Common grades include 10# steel, 20# steel, 35# steel and 45# steel, complying with GB/T 699 standard.
10# Steel: Carbon 0.07~0.13%, Silicon 0.17~0.37%, Manganese 0.35~0.65%, Phosphorus ≤0.035%, Sulfur ≤0.035%
20# Steel (Most Popular): Carbon 0.17~0.23%, Silicon 0.17~0.37%, Manganese 0.35~0.65%, Phosphorus ≤0.035%, Sulfur ≤0.035%
35#/45# Steel: Higher carbon content, with higher hardness and structural strength, mainly used for mechanical structural parts.

In accordance with national industry standards, all products pass strict mechanical performance tests:
10# Steel: Tensile Strength: 335~475MPa, Yield Strength ≥205MPa, Elongation ≥24%
20# Steel: Tensile Strength: 410~550MPa, Yield Strength ≥245MPa, Elongation ≥25%
35# Steel: Tensile Strength: 530~675MPa, Yield Strength ≥315MPa, Elongation ≥20%

Cold-drawn / cold-rolled seamless pipe: Outer diameter 6mm~219mm, wall thickness 0.25mm~14mm
Conventional length: 4m~12m, fixed length and multiple length customization are available as required.

Surface treatment: Black hot-rolled finish, bright cold-finished surface, pickled treatment, anti-rust oil coating, black paint coating and other optional treatments.
Packaging: Bundled with steel strips, pipe ends protected by plastic caps, moisture-proof and rainproof packaging. Custom marking, steel stamping and label sticking services are supported.
10. Quality Control & Testing
All products undergo strict factory inspection, including chemical composition analysis, tensile test, impact test, hardness test, hydrostatic pressure test, ultrasonic flaw detection, eddy current testing and dimensional appearance inspection, to ensure full compliance with international and national standards.
11. Delivery Cycle
Conventional spot specifications: 5-7 days;Custom special specifications and non-standard sizes: 7-15 days.
