Laboratory Glass Bioreactor System | MFC Parallel Bioreactor 1.5–10L | Microbial, Cell & Stem Cell Culture Fermenter

Introduction 

MFC series is a small-scale bioreactor system suitable for microbial, cell culture, and stem cell culture applications. The tank volume ranges from 1.5L to 10L, and all key process parameters can be precisely controlled. It is a system based on 2 or 4 jacketed or single-layer glass tanks as basic units, and can be expanded to 6, 8, 12, 16 or more parallel bioreactor tanks.

 “ParmClone”  Function

The built-in "ParmClone" cloning function is applicable to MFB and MFC parallel bioreactors, which can replicate all parameters and operating variables of the historical culture process. The key setting data of the culture process can be directly transplanted and used in multiple parallel bioreactors.


 Data Analysis and Management System

1. The upper computer adopts a graphic workstation server and high-definition display; it works with GS-CCS software to achieve full functions, flexible and convenient operation, intuitive interface, and intelligence.

2. Theoretically supports communication between all bioreactor system databases. Supports integration of third-party equipment databases through OPC. Realizes data recording, adjustable recording

3. frequency, fermentation batch and operator management functions, and custom function (UDF) control functions.

4.  APC advanced control strategy function, unified management of all communication-enabled equipment, personnel, operating data (including offline data), operation records, experimental observations, and comparison of different batch curves in the entire laboratory.

5. The control system can multi-select and select all files on the computer side, and can complete batch operation, stop, sampling, input offline data, and add annotation functions with a simple click of the mouse.

6. Supports the use of third-party software (such as: Design Of Expert) to change multiple operating parameters simultaneously, and uses this model to fit experimental results, quickly finding the optimal parameter combination with fewer experiments.

7.  Supports recipe results designed by third-party software, imported into the fermenter control system in table form for execution of the fermentation process.

 

Mobile APP

The mobile app solves the problem of unattended operation for customers. Users can view and modify control parameters anytime, anywhere, 24 hours a day. It has powerful functions such as viewing historical data and historical curves. During the culture process, alarm information can be received instantly, allowing for timely human intervention to ensure the safety and stability of the experiment.
