1. Product Overview
Alloy steel pipe is a seamless or welded steel pipe made by adding alloy elements such as chromium, molybdenum, manganese, vanadium and nickel on the basis of ordinary carbon steel. Compared with ordinary steel pipes, it has better high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance, with stable mechanical properties. It is widely used in high temperature and high pressure working conditions such as petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, boilers, pipeline engineering, machinery manufacturing and pressure vessels.
2. Execution Standard
Production can be carried out in accordance with national standards, American standards, German standards, etc. Common standards include:GB/T 3087, GB/T 5310, GB/T 6479, GB/T 9948, ASTM A213, ASTM A335, ASME SA213, SA335, DIN 17175, etc. Other standards can also be customized according to customer requirements.

4. Production Process
Seamless steel pipe: hot rolled, cold drawn, precision drawn
Welded steel pipe: straight seam welded, spiral welded
Heat treatment: normalizing, tempering, annealing, quenching and tempering to ensure qualified internal structure and mechanical properties.
5. Product Specification
Outer Diameter (OD): 10mm – 1200mm
Wall Thickness (WT): 1.5mm – 120mm
Length: conventional random length 6-12 meters, fixed length processing available upon request.
6. Product Performance
High temperature resistance: long-term stable operation at 400℃-600℃
High pressure resistance: suitable for high pressure conditions such as boilers, steam, oil and gas transportation
Corrosion resistance: good oxidation resistance, sulfidation resistance and medium corrosion resistance
High strength: excellent tensile strength, yield strength and impact toughness, good resistance to deformation and cracking.

8. Surface Treatment
Conventional black surface; anti-rust oil, painting and coating can be applied as required. Anti-corrosion coating, passivation and other treatments can also be customized.
9. Packing & Transportation
Packed in steel frames, waterproof woven bags or wooden cases, suitable for sea container, land and railway transportation. Export documents such as fumigation certificate, material test certificate (MTC) and commodity inspection can be provided.
10. Delivery Information
Delivery condition: hot rolled, cold drawn, normalized, tempered, quenched & tempered, etc.
Delivery time for regular sizes: 5-7 days
Deep processing and customization services such as cutting, threading, beveling and chamfering are available.
