I. Product Name
Angle steel, commonly known as angle iron, is mainly divided into two categories: equal angle steel and unequal angle steel. It is an extremely widely used carbon structural section steel in the industrial and construction fields.
II. Product Types
1. Equal Angle Steel: Both sides have the same width, with uniform force bearing and strong versatility, making it the mainstream section steel in engineering construction.
2. Unequal Angle Steel: The two sides have different widths, which can be flexibly selected according to the structural force requirements and is suitable for special load-bearing components.
III. Implementation Standard
The products are strictly produced in accordance with the national standard GB/T 706. At the same time, according to customer needs, products that meet American standard ASTM, European standard EN and other standards can be provided to meet the use requirements of different domestic and foreign projects.
IV. Common Materials
The main materials are Q235B, Q355B, S235JR, S355JR, etc. The material composition is stable, with good weldability, machinability and cold bending formability, which can meet various processing needs such as cutting, drilling, welding and bending.
V. Specification Range
- Side Width: 25mm～200mm
- Side Thickness: 3mm～24mm
- Regular Delivery Length: 6 meters, 9 meters, 12 meters. Custom length cutting and non-standard size customization according to drawings are supported.
VI. Surface Condition
- Hot-rolled Black Angle Steel: The surface is natural metal black gray without additional coating, with high cost performance, and is convenient for subsequent secondary treatments such as painting and galvanizing.
- Hot-dip Galvanized Angle Steel: After hot-dip galvanizing treatment, the zinc layer is uniform and dense, with strong adhesion, rust and corrosion resistance, and is suitable for harsh service environments such as outdoors, electric power, municipal administration and coastal areas.
VII. Production Process
It is formed by high-temperature hot-rolling process. The product has high dimensional accuracy, regular cross-section and dense internal metallographic structure, with excellent bending, compression and torsion resistance. There are no harmful defects such as cracks, folds, scars, inclusions and delamination, which fully meet the structural load-bearing and engineering construction standards.

IX. Mechanical Properties
The yield strength, tensile strength and elongation of the product all meet the requirements of the corresponding standards. It has good room-temperature impact toughness, is not easy to crack during welding, and is suitable for various welding methods such as manual arc welding and gas shielded welding, ensuring safe and reliable structural use.
X. Application Fields
It is widely used in building steel structures, plant frames, curtain wall keels, pipe supports, power communication towers, storage shelves, mechanical equipment bases, bridge reinforcement components, vehicle and ship manufacturing, and various engineering support and reinforcement structures.
XI. Packaging and Transportation
The products are packaged with steel strip binding, which is firm and reliable, convenient for hoisting and loading/unloading.
