II. Product Introduction

H-section steel is an economical and efficient section profile with optimized cross-sectional area distribution and a reasonable strength-to-weight ratio, named for its cross-section resembling the English letter "H". Composed of a web and upper and lower flanges, this product has a regular cross-sectional shape and uniform force bearing. Compared with ordinary I-beams and channel steels, it has significant advantages such as strong bending resistance, simple construction, cost saving and light structural weight. It is widely used in various fields such as industrial buildings, steel structure workshops, bridges, supports, machinery manufacturing, storage shelves, and high-rise buildings, and is one of the core profiles in modern steel structure projects.

IV. Production Process

  1. Hot-Rolled H-Section Steel: Using high-quality continuous casting billets as raw materials, it is rolled by professional rolling mills after high-temperature heating. The product has a dense structure, uniform grains, stable and reliable mechanical properties, and strong bearing capacity. It is suitable for large-scale steel structure projects, bridge construction and other scenarios with high requirements for steel performance.

  2. Welded H-Section Steel: Selected standard-compliant steel plates are accurately assembled by CNC equipment, welded by automatic submerged arc welding, and straightened by a straightening machine. It can be flexibly customized into non-standard specifications according to actual customer needs, adapting to special working conditions, with high cost performance, and is widely used in small and medium-sized steel structure projects.
