The glass door isn't decorative. It's functional. HR departments deal with thirty, fifty, sometimes two hundred active employees. When someone needs the Kim file and you have forty file folders in a drawer, you either know where it is or you don't. The glass lets everyone know where it is. One glance, pull the folder, close the door. That's how filing should work when the office is busy.
Multiple Keys, Multiple Access Levels
Here's what HR departments actually ask about: who has access to what.
This cabinet handles that with separate locking zones. The upper glass section has its own key. The two drawers share a key. The single-door compartment has its own key. That means the HR director can lock employee contracts in the drawers while keeping general reference materials accessible behind the glass. It means the HR assistant can access the glass section for routine inquiries without touching sensitive files.

Drawers That Hold Real Files
Not all drawers are built the same. These are built for hanging files.
Standard A4 and letter-size hanging file frames fit directly into the drawer rails. Tab dividers sit in the slots the same way they do in any professional filing system. Each drawer has a label holder built into the frame—molded into the steel, not a sticky label that peels off after six months.
