The pellet feed production line is a highly automated feed machine for medium-sized feed mills and various farms to produce powder feed, concentrated feed, and pellet feed. During production and processing, the machine automatically heats up through its own friction, enabling the material to be gelatinized, cured, pelleted, and cooled in one go. The pellets can be packaged immediately after leaving the machine, with a smooth surface and moderate hardness, which is convenient for sealed storage. The pellet size can be adjusted between 1.8mm - 6mm according to the user's needs, and it is suitable for processing pellet feed for pigs, cattle, sheep, rabbits, chickens, ducks, fish, etc.

It can improve the efficiency several times compared with the traditional processing method. It is suitable for medium-sized feed mills and large farms to produce powder feed, concentrated feed, and pellet feed, as well as for the transformation and production of small and medium-sized biological organic fertilizer and organic compound fertilizer factories and original fertilizer factories. It can also produce sawdust pellets, wood powder pellets, and straw pellets. It is a highly automated pellet processing production line.
