The pellet feed production line is a highly automated feed machinery for medium-sized feed mills and various livestock farms to produce powdered feed, concentrated feed, and pellet feed. The particle size can be adjusted between 1.8mm - 6mm according to the user's needs, and it is suitable for processing pellet feed for pigs, cattle, sheep, rabbits, chickens, ducks, fish, etc.

It is composed of a crusher, a hoist, a mixer, and a pellet feed machine. It can automatically feed materials, with rapid feeding, smooth discharging, and uniform mixing. During the pelleting process, it automatically heats up for gelatinization, curing, and pelleting in one go. The particle size can be adjusted between 1.8mm - 30mm according to the user's needs. The pellets have a smooth surface and moderate hardness, which is convenient for sealed storage.
It can not only process pellet feed for pigs, cattle, sheep, rabbits, chickens, ducks, fish, etc., but also process bio-organic fertilizers and organic compound fertilizers that are popular among farmers, such as livestock and poultry manure, sludge, domestic waste, fly ash, peat powder, zeolite powder, vermiculite powder, etc. It can improve the efficiency several times compared with the traditional processing method. It is suitable for medium-sized feed mills and large-scale livestock farms to produce powdered feed, concentrated feed, and pellet feed, as well as for the transformation and production of small and medium-sized bio-organic fertilizer, organic compound fertilizer factories, and original fertilizer factories.
