Construction Method
1. Before construction, mixing equipment, curing items, and necessary tools should be prepared.
2. Mixing of grouting material
(1) When mixing the *** grouting material for equipment foundation installation, the amount of water added should be in accordance with the water consumption on the product certificate provided with the goods. Mix evenly and it can be used. Try to reduce the water consumption under the condition of meeting the construction fluidity. It is strictly prohibited to use the mixed material with obvious bleeding for grouting.
(2) The mixing of the *** grouting material for equipment foundation installation can be done by mechanical mixing or manual mixing. It is recommended to use a mixer for mixing.
(3) The amount of each mixing should be determined according to the amount of use to ensure that the mixed grouting material is used up within 40 minutes.
(4) During winter construction, warm water at 60°C should be used to mix the grouting material to ensure that the temperature of the grout entering the mold is above ***°C.
(5) When using on site, it is strictly prohibited to add any admixtures or additives to the *** grouting material for equipment foundation installation.
3. Anchor of anchor bolts
(1) When making holes for anchor bolts, the strength of the foundation concrete shall not be less than 20MPa, and the wall of the bolt hole should be rough.
(2) After hole making, the debris in the hole should be removed, the depth of the hole should be measured, and the hole wall should be fully moistened with water. The accumulated water in the hole should be cleaned before grouting.
(3) Pour the mixed *** grouting material for equipment foundation installation into the bolt holes. Vibration is strictly prohibited during the grouting process. If necessary, it can be slightly poked. The bolts shall not be adjusted after the grouting is completed.
(4) When it is not easy to directly pour the grouting material during construction, a launder is recommended for auxiliary construction.]
4. Secondary grouting of equipment foundation
(1) The surface of the equipment foundation should be roughened. And the surface of the equipment foundation should be cleaned. There should be no debris such as crushed stones, floating fruits, floating ash, oil stains, and release agents. The surface of the equipment foundation should be fully moistened 24 hours before grouting.
(2) Set up formwork according to the grouting construction drawings. The joints between the formwork and the foundation, and between the formwork and the formwork should be sealed with cement slurry, tape, etc. to ensure that the whole formwork does not leak water. The horizontal distance between the formwork and the periphery of the equipment base should be controlled at about ***mm, and the elevation of the top of the formwork should be 50mm higher than the lower surface of the equipment base.
(3) For the grouting of long equipment or track foundations, construction should be carried out in sections, and the length of each section should not exceed ***m. For large equipment or equipment bases with complex structures,
pressure grouting should be used. Grouting should be carried out from one side or multiple points on two adjacent sides until it overflows from the other side. Grouting from four sides simultaneously is not allowed.
(4) Once the grouting starts, it must be carried out continuously without interruption. And the grouting time should be shortened as much as possible. Vibration is strictly prohibited during the grouting process. If necessary, a grouting booster can be used to boost from the bottom of the grouting layer to enhance the flow of the grouting material. It is strictly prohibited to push from the surface to ensure the uniformity of the grouting layer.
(5) After the equipment foundation grouting is completed, a 45° bevel should be cut outward along the equipment edge 3 - 6 days after grouting (see the figure) to prevent cracks from occurring at the free end. If edge cutting cannot be performed, the surface of the grouting layer should be smoothed with a trowel 3 - 6 days after grouting (the small cracks generated in this area have not been reported to have an adverse impact on the operational stability of the equipment).
5. Reinforcement of concrete structures
Pour the well - mixed equipment foundation installation *** grouting material into the formwork that has been set up; Install the equipment base.
(1) During the grouting process, the formwork can be appropriately tapped or vibrated as needed.
(2) The form removal time should comply with the provisions of this construction technical method.
