Jiangxi Quick-drying Cement, Nanchang Quick-drying CementIt uses Portland cement (commonly known as Portland cement abroad). Jiangxi Quick-drying Cement, also known as Nanchang Double-quick Cement, has the advantages of micro-expansion, normal strength development under low temperature conditions, fast setting and hardening, high hourly strength, and stable long-term strength. Before the introduction of this product, it had been successfully applied in more than a hundred countries and regions and tens of thousands of projects. Its superior performance and reliable quality are well-known. The waterproof mechanism of Aopai AOP - 0 Jiangxi Quick-drying Cement, Nanchang Quick-drying Cement: The active compounds contained in the material react with water and, with water as the carrier, penetrate into the pores of the concrete internal structure. The active compounds that penetrate into the pores of the concrete react with the free calcium oxide in the concrete to form water-insoluble dendritic fibrous crystals (calcium sulfoaluminate). The crystals absorb water and expand in the structural pores and cracks, becoming denser from loose. This gradually forms a dense anti-seepage area from the surface layer to the depth of the concrete structure, greatly improving the overall anti-seepage ability of the structure. In the waterproof coating constructed with Type C waterproof coating, due to the constraints of the hydration space and C - S - H gel, a large amount of gel-like crystals are formed, which play a role in compacting and anti-seepage in the coating. As time goes by (usually 14 - 28 days), the amount of crystals also increases. Generally, the consumption is 1.2 kg/㎡ (0.8 mm thickness). In special parts or according to design requirements, the consumption is 1.5~1.8 kg/㎡. The coating should be fully and evenly stirred without small ash balls. Mix as much as you need. The mixed coating should be used up within 30 minutes. Under high-temperature conditions, the time should be correspondingly shorter. This product can be commonly applied by brushing with a brush, rolling with a roller, scraping with a scraper, smearing with a trowel, spraying, etc. It can also be applied by the dry powder spreading method. Brushing and rolling construction should be completed in two times. The time interval between the two brushings is 2~3 hours. It should be brushed back and forth in the positive and negative directions. Other construction methods can be completed at one time. The surface of the concrete structure with holes, cracks, honeycombs and other phenomena should be repaired. Especially, the mortar drops should be chiseled off. All kinds of debris such as mud, floating blocks and oil stains on the base surface should be removed before construction. When brushing, the base surface should be kept fully moist. Sometimes, it is necessary to spray while brushing to keep the base surface moist. This product has its own moisturizing effect. Generally, it is required to spray water for moisturizing and curing within 6~8 hours after construction, 2~3 times a day, and then cure once the next day (water storage curing cannot be used for moisturizing and curing).
