Pretreatment: Use compressed air to blow out the ash, slag, and pollutants in the concrete cracks. Embed grouting pipes: Embed a grouting pipe every 500mm or so along the length of the crack. Seal the crack: Use inorganic quick-sealing materials to seal the entire surface of the crack. Seal the grouting pipe and conduct a water or air pressure test at a pressure of 0.2~0.3MPa to observe whether the crack seal is compact. Keep the concrete crack surface moist but without water accumulation in the crack. Ingredient preparation: The mass ratio of CGM polymer cement grouting material is: polymer cement grouting material ∶ water = 10 ∶ (2.5~2.8). Use a forced mixer or a modified impact drill for mixing. Use it after mixing evenly. The prepared grout should have a uniform color, without powder lumps, precipitation, variegated materials, or water bleeding, and its fluidity should meet the grouting consistency requirements. The grouting material should be used immediately after preparation to avoid solidification. Grouting: Put the mixed grouting material into the *** pressure grouting tank and continuously inject the grout into the crack at a pressure of about 0.3MPa. For vertical cracks, grout from the bottom up one by one through the grouting nozzles. Immediately seal the filled grouting nozzles. During the grouting process, pay attention to expelling the air in the crack. The last grouting pipe serves as the exhaust hole and should not be blocked to avoid affecting air discharge. Curing: After the grouting is completed, the grouted area should be maintained with water for more than 7 days.
