Due to the good infrared spectral characteristics and physical properties of single crystal silicon wafers, the infrared sensor filters produced by Shenzhen Pingzhi Optics Co., Ltd. mainly use single crystal silicon as the substrate. By alternately coating thin films of materials with different refractive indices and thicknesses on the substrate, the substrate has functions such as long-pass, short-pass, band-pass, anti-reflection, and reflection.
The single crystal silicon infrared filters produced by our company are mainly applied to sensors in fields such as lasers, imaging, detection, temperature measurement, sensing, and aerospace. Therefore, they are also called special filters for infrared sensors.
