1. The design, manufacturing, installation, inspection and acceptance of the gates comply with the provisions of the DL/T5019-94 standard.

3. Structure: The equipment is mainly composed of a dual-purpose electric and manual hoist, screw, door frame, door body, water stop rubber, lifting lugs and pins. It has good sealing performance. After long-term use and wear, the sealing device can be replaced through the screw to maintain normal operation. It has the characteristics of reasonable structure, good sealing performance, convenient installation, commissioning, use and maintenance, and reliable performance. The door panel and door frame of the gate are made of stainless steel, which is suitable for sewage corrosion environments.
Installation and commissioning
1. After the equipment arrives at the site, check separately whether the gate is complete and undamaged against the delivery note.
2. Check whether the installation position of the gate and the civil engineering dimensions are consistent with the drawings.
3. The installation must be carried out in four parts.
4. First, install the door frame: Before installation, weld and fix it to the embedded steel plate first. At this time, both sides of the door frame must be parallel and perpendicular to the bottom frame and the upper frame. After the door frame is installed, carry out the secondary pouring. The secondary pouring must be sealed tightly without water seepage. It can be used after the concrete is cured. When installing the door frame, ensure that the guide rail surface is on the plumb line, and its inclination should not be greater than 1/1000. Ensure that its flatness and diagonal error do not exceed the standard requirements. 4.1 After the door frame is installed, remove the debris in the door frame at the same time to avoid affecting the installation of the door leaf. In particular, there should be no other debris on the sealing surface. 4.2 Pay attention to the diagonal error when installing the door body. 4.3 Then install the hoist base, and pay attention to the flatness during installation. 4.4 During installation, detect the clearance of the sealing ring between the gate plate and the gate frame. When the gate is at the maximum forward working water head, the sealing leakage is less than 1.25L/min
5. Installation method of the hoist: When fixing the position of the hoist, first adjust the center of the screw hole of the hoist to be in line with the axis of the gate, then insert the screw into the lifting lug of the gate, and then connect them with a pin to make them on the same plumb line. Then fix the connecting steel plate on the hoist to the base with bolts or welding.
6. After connecting the screw rod of the hoist to the gate, check whether all parts are installed in place before using the hoist. In general, if the startup is not flexible, you can fine - tune the position of the connecting plate. Fix it after it feels easy and flexible.
7. The driving device is dual - purpose for manual and electric operation, which is sensitive and reliable. When operating manually, first adjust the handle plate to the manual position when operating the handwheel, then rotate the handwheel or directly rotate the output shaft to realize the opening and closing action of the gate. At this time, the circuit is cut off, and electric operation cannot be carried out; when driven by the motor, the handwheel cannot be rotated. There should be no leakage at the seals of all joint surfaces, and observe whether the manual device and the automatic reset function are in place.
8. The indicating type opening gauge and the bidirectional over - torque switch are reliable. The dial scale of the opening indicator is *** ratio. Its action value should be adjusted in actual use, and the opening and closing degree control of the gate should also be adjusted according to the actual use situation during commissioning.
9. The opening and closing directions are marked on the handwheel. Rotating the handwheel clockwise closes the gate, and the manual operating force should not be greater than 150N. 10. The maximum torque of the motor of the electric hoist device should be more than 3 times the rated torque, and the continuous rotation time of the driving motor should not be less than 15 minutes.
11. The structure of the gate is convenient for maintenance and inspection and can meet the requirements for outdoor installation and use.
12. The local control equipment of the electric gate can transmit the position signal of the gate to the PLC.
13. The opening and closing speed of the gate should not be greater than 0.5m/min.
14. The full - open and full - closed position signals and the overload alarm signal of the gate are sent to the control system. The control of the gate has two modes: manual and automatic, which are selected by the mode conversion switch on the control box panel of the gate. The state of the mode conversion switch is fed back to the control system. Manual mode: The selection switch is set on the machine body, and the operator can operate manually on - site.
