Installation and Adjustment:
Before installing the PGZ series of flat cast iron arched gates, it is necessary to check whether the external dimensions of the gate match the reserved orifice of the second - stage cast cement structure foundation. It is advisable that the surrounding dimensions of the foundation orifice be 20 cm larger than those of the gate.
1. Before installing the gate, first determine the water flow direction, and then correct the correct height position of the upper plane of the bottom cross - frame of the gate. 6. After the gate is hoisted into the reserved orifice of the second - stage cast cement structure foundation, make sure that the two vertical gate frames are closely attached to the plumb line with a long spirit level, and the upper and lower horizontal gate frames are closely attached to the horizontal line with a long spirit level. After the gate is hoisted into position as a whole, adjust its correct position in the front - back, left - right, and up - down directions, and then weld the adjusting anchor bolts firmly to the pre - fabricated steel bars of the project.
