Dear customer, hello! Our factory specializes in supplying high-quality GB 9Cr18Mo high-carbon high-chromium martensitic stainless steel. This product is a steel with high hardness, high wear resistance, and certain corrosion resistance, and its performance is equivalent to that of American 440C steel. Through the design of high-carbon and high-chromium composition, it maintains the inherent corrosion resistance characteristics of stainless steel while achieving high hardness and high wear resistance. It is an ideal material for manufacturing wear-resistant parts, high-end cutting tools, and bearings that operate in corrosive environments or under non-lubricated conditions.
High hardness and high wear resistance: The high carbon content (about 0.95%) ensures that the material can achieve extremely high hardness (HRC 55-59) after heat treatment, with excellent wear resistance and long service life.
Excellent corrosion resistance: The high chromium content (about 18%) endows it with superior corrosion resistance against atmospheric gases, water vapor, nitric acid, organic acids, and other media, outperforming general tool steels.
Excellent strength and elasticity: It possesses high strength and a certain degree of elasticity, making it suitable for manufacturing components that can withstand high loads.
Good dimensional stability: It exhibits good dimensional stability after heat treatment.
