Product Description

The internal structure of the valve is precise, including key components such as electromagnetic coils, valve cores, seals and filter screens.
Its working principle is as follows: In the state of power failure, the valve core is tightly pressed against the valve seat under the action of the spring force and the medium pressure, and the valve is in a closed state, blocking the flow of gas. When the control system supplies the rated voltage to the electromagnetic coil, the coil generates electromagnetic force, overcomes the spring force and fluid pressure, and lifts the valve core, thereby opening the valve channel and allowing gas to pass through.
This model of valve is usually equipped with a manual operation device (manual valve opening screw), which facilitates manual operation during installation, commissioning or maintenance to check the valve function, enhancing the convenience of use. The valve port is usually integrated with a fine filter, which can effectively capture impurities in the pipeline, prevent them from damaging the valve seat seal or downstream equipment, and enhance the reliability of the entire system.
