Product Description
The V88A1659/U solenoid valve features a robust metal valve body design, typically made of brass, ensuring excellent mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. It contains a piston or diaphragm structure driven by an electromagnetic coil inside. When the coil is energized, the generated electromagnetic force will overcome the spring pressure and fluid pressure, lift the valve core, and thus open the valve passage, allowing the gas to pass through. When the coil is de-energized, the spring force will quickly reset the valve core to the valve seat, tightly cutting off the airflow and achieving a safe closure.
This model of valve is usually equipped with a manual reset device (manual valve opening knob), which is an important safety feature. When the system starts up or is being debugged, or in certain locked situations, technicians are allowed to manually open the valve for testing or reset. The design of the valve complies with strict safety standards, capable of withstanding frequent opening and closing operations, and ensures that the gas source is automatically cut off in the event of power failure, system failure or emergency, effectively preventing gas leakage accidents.
