Product Description
V4943A1011 is a bistable, forced pilot-operated solenoid valve. Its core feature is the adoption of an efficient electromagnetic pilot system to drive the opening and closing of the main valve disc. The valve contains a pilot valve and a main valve inside. When the coil is energized, the pilot valve opens, and the main valve disc is driven by the pressure of the medium (gas) itself to overcome the spring force and the large-area differential pressure and open rapidly. This method enables the valve to control large flow and high pressure gas with relatively small electromagnetic force, which is fast and energy-saving (only requiring electricity at the moment of switching states).
The valve body is usually die-cast from high-strength aluminum alloy, and the key internal seals are made of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant materials (such as Viton® fluororubber or similar high-performance materials), ensuring the long service life and sealing reliability of the valve under harsh working conditions. This valve is standard equipped with a plastic protective cover with a high waterproof and dustproof grade, which contains a junction box inside. It is convenient for on-site installation and wiring and can effectively protect the electrical part from environmental influences.
