Production Line Overview
This production line is used for the assembly and production of graphite plates/metal plate stacks, which are the core components of hydrogen fuel cells. It features a modular design and flexible assembly, can accommodate products of various powers, and has the function of data communication with the MES system. The entire production process can be monitored through the MES system, and the data can be traced throughout. The production capacity can be quickly expanded according to production needs.

• Production capacity: 2 stacks/h (determined by the number of stack plates)
• Stacking accuracy: 0.1mm
• Press accuracy: 30N
• Detection accuracy: ±(0.8% reading + 0.2% full scale)
• Flatness of the upper and lower platens:
• The servo press can select pressure and position modes
• Online airtightness detection can select differential pressure and flow detection
• It can meet the production of large stacks with 400 plates and an opening height of 1100mm
• Adopt multi - stage and multi - group stacking processes to release the internal stress of the stack
• Separate the stacking position from the pressing position to improve stacking efficiency
• Automatic feeding of steel strips and laser welding
• Compatible with bolt and strapping band fastening
• Optional AGV - guided trolley for loading and unloading
• The whole process is managed and controlled by the MES system, and all data can be traced
