H Beam Gas Cutting Machine Details:
1).The steel beam cutting machine adopts advanced industrial control computers, and the system comes with a graphics library. Simply modify the graphics parameters in the library to achieve cutting of various steel shapes and graphics, without the need for programming and drawing operations.
2).The CNC beam cutting machine adopts an industrial grade explosion-proof resistance touch screen, with electromagnetic radiation, anti-interference, and synchronous 3D display and cutting.
3).The overall welded bed has undergone aging treatment and high-precision milling processing, with high accuracy, durability, and overall lifting. After arriving at the site, it can be directly used by connecting the power cord
4).The workpiece is automatically aligned and clamped according to the cylinder, without the need for manual centering. After hydraulic automatic clamping, it is pushed to the cutting platform for cutting. After cutting, it is automatically transported out, achieving zero tailings cutting with a high degree of automation, and there is no need for manual interference during cutting.
5).The swing gun shaft adopts a TCP mechanical structure, and the A-axis and B-axis ensure smooth and stable cutting without shaking. The swing angle error is within 5 arc minutes, and the cutting accuracy is high;
